Ralegan Siddhi Pilot Project
Our pilot project was in the Honorable Anna Hazare’s hometown Ralegan Siddhi. The project was funded by The Nudge Foundation, Bangalore. With complete support from Hon. Anna Hazare and the villagers, we completed our 4- point program successfully.

Three eco-friendly public structures were built in Maharogi Sewa Samiti. We had constant encouragement from Dr. Vikas Amte and Ar. Meenakshi.

Eco-friendly cottage for Mrs. Arti Kirloskar
Eco-friendly cottage designed for Mrs. Arti Kirloskar at Pune. This was a research project done by us without using steel and cement. Students were involved in hands-on workshops through the construction phase.

From a village named Kanhewadi, Pune few youngsters approached Ar. Amruta to help them design a cost-effective shop for a specially-abled person- Dhondibhau. With the local mason and possible local materials Ar. Amruta built this shop in 4 days.

For a Non-profit organization named ‘Snehgram’ in Barshi, Solapur we designed rain water harvesting for the campus. The school students also worked hands-on with us. Ar. Meenakshi supervised and guided us through the process.

We designed and built a home for a needy family in Belwandi, near Ahmednagar. The design was done with the users. The material technology proposed was considering their needs. We built it with brick arches, mud mortar and a stone slab roof. Passive lighting and ventilation was on priority.
